Claims Management & Adjusting, part of QuestGates

A client for 12+ years, specialist motor insurance loss adjuster Claims Management & Adjusting (CMA) transferred to Self-Driving PR from Featurebank on our launch in 2021. They were soon acquired by QuestGates, meaning we had new owners to impress.

Now focusing exclusively on media strategy and liaison we continue to deliver “exactly the kind of media coverage we want”, as CMA director Philip Swift puts it, across UK national newspapers, the consumer motoring press, and automotive and insurance trade titles.

Recent successes include highlighting a sharp decline in the stolen car recovery rate (using data acquired under FoI), raising awareness of new criminal tactics ‘the resteal’ and ‘eye-snatching’, and leading a campaign to abolish the archaic process known as ‘six-week weeding’.
